You cannot leave pixiv if you're registered as a FANBOX Creator.
If you get the error message "Currently unable to leave pixiv with this account. Please contact support." when trying to leave pixiv, please check the help page below and try once again upon canceling your Creator registration.

You cannot leave pixiv if you have pending FANBOX pledges or if less than a month has passed since your last payout request.
You cannot leave pixiv if you have a pixiv points balance leftover from the Shoutout feature. If you still have a pixiv points balance, please contact us from the inquiry form.
