On pixiv, R-18 works are those that include sexual content, and R-18G is those that contain grotesque content.To view age-restricted content (R-18 or R-18G), please go to Display settings on the Settings page and turn on the "Show explicit content (R-18)" setting. You will need to set your date of birth to change the Age-restricted work setting.
Age-restricted content will not be displayed for those under the age of 18 or when you register for the first time. Minors under the age of 18 will not be able to change the Age-restricted work setting. Please note that you cannot change the Age-restricted work setting from the pixiv app. Please use the desktop or mobile version to make any changes.
Even works tagged R-18 or R-18G still be displayed to all users if the creator has not set an “age restriction” for each work. If you find a work that violates our Terms of Use or Guidelines, please refer to this.
Additionally, you cannot just hide only R-18 works and display R-18G works.
