If you change your mobile phone and your payment method is the iOS or Android App payment
If you log in with a pixiv account that is currently subscribed to pixiv Premium, you will be able to use the premium features. However, if you do not cancel the Google Play or App Store payment method used for your previous billing, you will continue to pay using the previous payment method.

If you change your device
Whether you're using pixiv's PC browser version, mobile browser version, iOS app, or Android app, you can access pixiv Premium features on any device by logging in with the pixiv account tied to your subscription.
If you're unsure of your pixiv ID or e-mail address, you can check them from your Account Portal.
