The Collection Feature (hereinafter referred to as "this Feature") is a feature on pixiv (hereinafter referred to as "the Service") designed to let people share what they love. It allows you to compile links to creative works posted both on and off the Service, and introduce them with accompanying text. Other than highlighting your favorite pieces, you can also create a portfolio of your own posts or group works that share a common theme. Collections are meant to encourage more encounters with creative content and enhance the value of individual works.
pixiv Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") stipulates these Collection Feature Guidelines (hereinafter referred to as "the Guidelines") to help create a place where users can enjoy creating and browsing collections with peace of mind, and to ensure the sound and smooth operation of the Service. These Guidelines provide concrete examples of prohibited behavior as defined in Article 8 of the Collection Feature Individual Terms of Use, along with important reminders to help avoid issues when using the Feature.
This Feature is built on two core principles: the ability to share what you love and the ability to control how your posts are shared.
When creating a collection, the guiding mindset should be to "share what you love". Please refrain from using the Feature in ways that could be misinterpreted as criticism, harassment, or defamation. When introducing another person's work, please respect the licensor’s intent to the fullest extent. If your method of introduction differs significantly from the work's intended message and the Licensor requests the work to be removed from your collection, do not recreate a similar collection.
These Guidelines have been stipulated independently by the Company, and the Company will amend them at its discretion in response to social or environmental changes, etc. Please be advised that matters not provided for herein will be handled in accordance with the provisions of the Collection Feature Individual Terms of Use and the Master Terms of Use.
