The display language is set to a foreign language.

If you have accidentally changed your pixiv language setting, you can change it back using the following method.

Desktop version

1. Log in and access the pixiv homepage.
2. Click the icon on the top right.
3. The currently set language will be displayed below the Language label. Click on it. The available languages will be displayed as follows.
4. A pop-up with a list of languages will appear in the center of the screen. You can select the language of your choice from the list.

Mobile version

1. Access the Language and location section from the Settings page on the mobile version.
2. Pick your Language using the drop-down menu.

On the pixiv app

The app follows your device’s language settings.
*Changing the display language on the web version does not affect the language in the app.

iOS

■ Change your device’s language settings

1. Open the Settings app.
2. Tap General → Language & Region.
3. Tap Add Language and select your language of choice.
4. Set your language of choice as your Preferred Language.
5. Restart the pixiv app to apply the new language.

■ Change the language settings for individual apps

*Available on iOS 13 and later. You must have at least two languages registered as your Preferred Languages to use this feature. If you don’t, please add languages using the steps described in “Change your device’s language settings”.

1. Open the Settings app.
2. Tap Apps.
3. Select pixiv from the list.
4. Tap Language and select your language of choice.

Android

■ Change your device’s language settings

1. Open the Settings app.
2. Tap System → Languages & input or Languages & region → Languages.
3. Select or add your language of choice.
4. Restart the pixiv app to apply the new language.

■ Change the language settings for individual apps

*Available on some devices running Android 13 and later. If your device does not support this feature or you want to change your system language, please refer to the steps described in “Change your device’s language settings”.

1. On the Home screen or in the app drawer, long-press the pixiv app icon.
2. Tap App info from the menu.
    *You can also access this via Settings → Apps → See all apps → pixiv.
3. In the app info screen, tap Language or App languages.
4. Select your language of choice from the list.
