How do I change my settings so I don't receive messages? – pixiv Help Center

Go to your message settings and select "Only pixiv verified accounts", under "Who can message you" to stop receiving new messages from other users.

If you change your message settings to "Only pixiv verified accounts", you will only receive new messages from pixiv verified Accounts.

You will still receive messages from people you are already in contact with, even if you change your settings to "Only pixiv verified accounts".
- If you do not wish to receive any further messages from people you are already in contact with, you can use the block feature.
  
  *Using the block feature will delete all your previous correspondence with the people you blocked, so consider carefully before using this feature.

You will receive notifications of My pixiv requests regardless of your message settings. However, if you change your settings to "Only pixiv verified accounts", you will not receive any messages attached to My pixiv requests.

If you change your message settings to "Only pixiv verified accounts", the message icon will not be displayed to other people browsing your profile page.

*The message icon will not be displayed on your own profile section when you visit it, regardless of whether you changed your settings to "Only pixiv verified accounts".
If you want to join pixiv COMIC Indies and receive messages from or get scouted by editors, please choose the "All accounts" setting.
- Indies editor accounts are not pixiv verified Accounts.

Click on the message icon in the header, or on your user icon, and select "Settings".
You can also jump from "Message settings" on the Messages page.
Select "Only pixiv verified accounts" under "Who can message you" from the Privacy section in the Settings page.
