For PayPal payments
You can confirm and edit your account information on the PayPal website.
If payment fails to go through when you edit your information, it may be due to an error in the credit card or bank account information you have registered in PayPal, or an error with your PayPal balance.
Please check and edit the payment methods you have registered with PayPal via the PayPal wallet page.

How to renew pixiv Premium during the grace period
If you are using a credit card or PayPal for payment, you can renew your pixiv Premium subscription during the grace period here.
Check your registered payment method, update it if needed, and click "Retry" to complete the renewal.
If the renewal is successful, a message saying "Payment successful" will appear. The message "Automatic renewal of pixiv Premium is on hold due to an error with your registered payment method" will no longer be displayed.
If the renewal fails, a message saying "Payment error" will appear.
Make sure your registered payment method is valid, then click "Retry".
If multiple attempts fail, a message saying "This payment option is locked" will appear, and your account will be locked for 48 hours. You can either wait for the lock to expire or contact us here to request an unlock.
Even if your payment is locked, the system will attempt to process the renewal automatically once the grace period ends.
