I am already a Premium user, can I switch to a plan for a different term?

For credit card or PayPal payments

You can change your membership plan from the Check/edit subscription info page and your next billing will be based on the new plan.


 

For cellphone carrier payments

If you are using cellphone carrier payments and would like to switch to a long-term discount plan, you will need to cancel your current subscription once and resubscribe using another payment method that supports long-term discount plans.

For App Store or Google Play payments

If you are using App Store or Google Play payments and would like to switch to a long-term discount plan, you can make the change from the pixiv Premium menu within the app.

For ticket voucher payments (payments through the convenience store, WebMoney, or BitCash)

If you wish to use your plan for the next period with the ticket voucher payment, you can extend it at any time from the Check/edit subscription info page.
You will be transferred to the new plan a day after your current plan's expiration date.
You can also check the expiration date from the Check/edit subscription info page.
