I get an error when trying to delete my pixiv account – pixiv Help Center

Depending on your account status on related services such as FANBOX, BOOTH, and Pastela, you may not be able to delete your pixiv account. Learn more here.
If you subscribed to pixiv Premium through an in-app purchase or certain mobile carrier payment methods, you won't be able to delete your pixiv account.

You also cannot delete your account if you have any requests in progress or pending payouts.
Please try again when all actions related to Requests are completed.
