When using a debit card, a prepaid card, or a card issued outside Japan, you may temporarily see what appears to be a duplicate billing due to the way these cards are processed and verified.
If this occurs, the duplicate billing will be automatically refunded to your bank account or card balance after a certain period of time.
Estimated timing of the refund
In some cases, the refund may be completed within a few days. However, depending on the card issuer's processing schedule, it may take approximately 45 to 60 days. For some Korean debit cards, the refund process may take six months or longer.

What you need to do
No action is usually required. The duplicate charge will generally be refunded automatically, so you can simply wait for the refund to be processed.
Also, note that this effect is put into place by credit card companies, therefore we do not receive the amount of money billed to your card.
