Regardless of which payment method a fan uses, creators will receive their payout at the same timing as credit card payments.

This payment method can be used without registering for an atone account. Only a mobile phone number and e-mail address are required.
■ How to Use
- Select “Deferred payment (convenience store/bank ATM)” as the payment method and enter your mobile phone number and e-mail address.
- Enter the verification code sent via SMS to complete the purchase.
- On the day after the order is confirmed, you will receive the payment information by e-mail and SMS.
- Complete payment at a convenience store or bank ATM within 10 days.

atone monthly payment (convenience store/bank transfer)
With “atone monthly payment”, all purchases made within one month—not limited to pixiv Requests—can be paid together the following month via convenience store payment or bank transfer.
■ How to Use
- Select “atone monthly payment (convenience store/bank transfer)” as the payment method, then enter your mobile phone number and password.
- Enter the verification code sent via SMS to complete the purchase.
- Billing notifications will be sent by email or SMS between the 1st and 3rd day of the following month.
- Complete payment by the payment deadline.
- A membership registration is required for first-time use.
■ Payment methods and deadlines
・Convenience store terminal/bank ATM (Pay-easy): Due by the 10th of the following month
・Electronic barcode payment: Due by the 10th of the following month
・Postcard invoice: Due by the 20th of the following month
・Bank transfer: Due by the 27th of the following month
The default payment method is “Convenience store terminal/bank ATM (Pay-easy)”.
If you wish to change your payment method, please complete the procedure via the smartphone app or web My Page before the end of the month.

■ Fees
A billing fee is charged only in months where the service is used. Payment deadlines vary depending on the payment method.

Additional notes
- Abound billing and refunds for cancellations
- If a request is canceled before the artwork is submitted, no charge will occur.
- If a request is exceptionally canceled after billing has occurred but before payment is made, the payment itself will be canceled. No additional payment of fees will be required.
- If a request is exceptionally canceled after payment has already been completed, the request amount minus the billing fee will be refunded.
- About the formation of Request Agreements
- When using deferred payments or atone monthly payments, the Request Agreement is considered concluded at the time the creator delivers the requested work.
