In work searches, “works that are likely to violate the Guidelines” refers to works that are highly likely to be in violation of the Guidelines and the Terms of Use, and that have been automatically detected as potentially interfering with everyone's ability to discover works through search.
Examples of affected works:
- Works posted with misleading settings to gain engagement
- Works posted in excessive volume for promotional purposes
When searching for works, you will be able to choose whether to show or hide these works from Search options > Other > Works that may not be relevant to your search.
After the feature is released, the default setting will be set to "Hide".
- Some works may not appear in search results even if not considered likely to violate the Guidelines. For details, please see the article below.
Why are some of my posts not appearing with the others?
Detection criteria
The criteria for detecting works that are likely to violate the Guidelines or Terms of Use will be determined based on multiple factors, including work information, posting behavior, and impact on the browsing experience.
We will continue reviewing and adjusting the detection standards and scope. For security reasons and to prevent abuse, we will not disclose detailed detection criteria.
