The request I paid for with deferred payments or atone monthly payments was canceled. Will I still be charged?

If the creator has not yet submitted the work

• No charge will occur, and no fees will be applied.

If the creator has already submitted the work

• If the request is canceled before payment is completed, the charge itself will be canceled.
• If the request is canceled after payment has already been completed, the request amount minus the billing fee will be refunded.
