When will I get my refund?

The timing of your refund depends on the payment method you used.

If you used deferred payment or atone Monthly Payment

See "The request I paid for with deferred payments or atone monthly payments was canceled. Will I still be charged?"

If you used a credit card

• If the request is canceled before the creator accepts it
  The payment authorization will be canceled.
  Please note that it may take around one week for this to be reflected in your account.

  *"Payment authorization" means that the system secures the necessary amount on the fan's credit card in advance, but the actual payment is not processed until later. Canceling the payment authorization will not show as a refund in your transaction history.

  *If you use a debit card or prepaid card, you may temporarily see a duplicate deduction from your account or card balance due to the nature of these payment methods. Any duplicated amount will be automatically returned to your account or balance.

• If the request is canceled after the creator accepts it
  A refund will be issued.

  *The timing and form of your refund may differ depending on your payment method and the progress made on the request.
