If you've turned off automatic translation in your account settings, you won't be able to enable it for individual works.
To enable automatic translation for individual works, first turn on "Automatic translation" under "Posting and permissions" in your account settings.
[Open settings]
You can still add manual translations even if automatic translation is turned off in your account settings.
