If you haven't received the e-mail with your verification code, please check the following.
1. Spam filters and domain settings
The e-mail will be sent from no-reply@pixiv.net. If you are using spam filters or have domain restrictions, make sure to allow e-mails from this address. Also, check all your folders, including spam, as the e-mail might have been miscategorized.
2. Issues with your e-mail provider
If there are any issues with your e-mail provider, the e-mail may not be delivered. Check to see if there are any delays or other problems on their end, and if so, contact your provider for assistance. Also, make sure your inbox isn't full, as this can prevent e-mails from being delivered.
3. Status of your e-mail address
Make sure the e-mail address you provided is correct and active. If the e-mail address is incorrect or inactive, you won't receive the verification e-mail. Double-check for typos if you entered it manually.
When verifying your actions, we'll send a verification code to your registered e-mail address. If that e-mail is no longer in use, you can update it through the change e-mail address page.
