All official messages regarding pixiv's service operations or support are always sent from a pixiv official account.
Moreover, the pixiv team will never comment on a creator's work.
pixiv official accounts display the "official" badge next to the account name on the profile page.
Be cautious of messages from accounts without the "official" badge
If you receive a message about your account being restricted, or are asked to enter credit card information from an account without the "official" badge, that account is highly likely to be a fake account impersonating the pixiv team.
Please do not click on any links in the message or reply to it.
Messages from unverified accounts will also include a warning notice indicating that the message is not from a pixiv official account.
