All e-mails sent from our official domain (@pixiv.net) will display the official pixiv logo as the sender icon in supported e-mail services (e.g., Gmail).
Please check whether the official pixiv logo appears next to the sender’s name in the message you received.
As part of our ongoing efforts to prevent phishing attempts using fake e-mails, pixiv has recently implemented BIMI (Brand Indicators for Message Identification), a system that makes it easier for recipients to confirm the authenticity of the sender.
- The logo will also appear in e-mails from pixivFANBOX and other related services sending e-mails from the @pixiv.net domain.
If the logo is not displayed
Not all e-mail clients or environments currently support BIMI. Even if an e-mail is genuinely from pixiv, the logo may not appear depending on your client or settings.
If you don’t see a logo or if you’re unsure whether the message is legitimate, please check the following.
- Is the e-mail address domain truly "@pixiv.net" (not just the sender name)?
- Are there any suspicious links in the message?
If anything seems suspicious, do not click on any links. If you’re concerned, feel free to contact us through the inquiry form. Even if you’ve already opened the link, never enter personal information or credit card details.
