If we determine that your e-mail account itself is highly likely to have been compromised, we will restrict certain actions associated with that e-mail address.
In addition, if your Google account or Apple Account appears to be compromised due to its association with the affected e-mail address, we will also restrict the use of those external logins.
To resolve this issue, please secure your account using one of the methods below.
(A) Switch to a different e-mail address or external account
Log in to your pixiv account and change your registered e-mail address to a secure one using the page below. Please note that if your current e-mail address is restricted, you will not be able to use "Log in with e-mail." In that case, you will have to log in using another method, such as a passkey.

If a linked Google account or Apple Account uses the restricted e-mail address, please also unlink it from the page below. After that, you may link a different, secure external account if needed.

*For security reasons, even if you change your e-mail address or external account, the original e-mail address or external account cannot be linked to another pixiv account unless the restriction has been lifted.
(B) Continue using your current e-mail address or external account
If you prefer to keep using your current e-mail address or external account, first strengthen the security of your e-mail account, then contact us to request that the restriction be removed.
Begin by referring to the section "If you log in with an e-mail" in the article below, and follow the instructions to recover and secure your e-mail account.
What should I do if there was unauthorized access to my account?
Next, log in using a method other than "Log in with e-mail", and submit a request through our inquiry form to inform us that you have reinforced your e-mail account security.
Please note that if you are not logged in when submitting your inquiry, we will be unable to verify your identity and cannot lift the restriction.
