Please check the following based on your situation.
■ If the authentication screen appears
Did you enter the correct authentication code or password to complete 3D Secure authentication?
- Double-check the information and enter it accurately.
- Repeated incorrect entries may trigger a lock on your card.
- If you forgot your authentication information, please reset it through your card issuer.
- If you are entering the correct information but still fail authentication, your card issuer’s fraud detection system may be blocking the transaction. In that case, contact the issuer using the number on the back of your card.
■ If the authentication screen does not appear
Is your card compatible with 3D Secure 2.0?

- Cards not supporting 3D Secure 2.0 cannot be used.
- To check if your card supports 3D Secure 2.0, contact the issuer using the number on the back of your card.
Is your card registered for 3D Secure 2.0?
- Even if your card supports 3D Secure 2.0, registration is required through your card issuer.
- Registration must be completed for each card individually.
- Registration methods vary by issuer. For details, contact the issuer listed on your card.
Check your internet connection or browser
- Make sure your internet connection is stable.
- If the authentication page does not display properly, update your browser to the latest version.
- Internet Explorer is not supported.
