If you're having trouble completing a transaction with your credit card, please check the following.
1. Double-check your card information
Check for errors in the information you entered, such as the card number or expiration date. Verify that all information has been entered correctly before trying again.
2. You may have exceeded your balance, credit limit, or transaction limit
Please check whether your card has sufficient balance, and whether you’ve exceeded your credit or transaction limits.
3. There may be an issue with the card you're using
You may see an error message and be unable to complete payments with your card due to one of the following.
- You're trying to use a card that isn't supported.
- Accepted cards may vary depending on the service. Please refer to the help page for each service to check which cards are supported.
- The card has expired.
- The card is not set up for 3D Secure 2.0, or does not support it.

- For setup instructions or compatibility, please contact the card issuer (check the number on the back of your card).
4. There may be an issue with your environment
If your browser is not up to date or your internet connection is unstable, card registration may fail. Please check your environment and try again.
5. There may be a temporary system issue
Your credit card may be temporarily unavailable due to routine maintenance or unexpected system errors on the card issuer's side. If this is the case, please wait a while and try again later.
6. Your card issuer has placed a restriction
If none of the above applies but you're still getting an error, your card issuer may have temporarily restricted or placed your card on hold.
Examples of possible restrictions:
- The card has been suspended.
- There is a history of missed payments.
- The card was used to make a high-value purchase, several rapid transactions in a short period, or a transaction that differs from your usual usage pattern, leading to the transaction being flagged or the card temporarily suspended.
- The issuer suspects unauthorized use and needs to verify whether the card is being used by the account holder.
If any of the above apply and you wish to continue using the same card, please contact the card issuer (check the number on the back of your card) with the following information.
- Name of the service you tried to pay for (e.g., pixiv Premium, Requests, BOOTH, FANBOX, etc.)
- Date and time of the attempted payment
- Payment amount
If the issue persists, we recommend using a different credit card or another available payment method.
